Washing machines and a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water machine can be used against a small fee. Apart of the condo, internet is also available in some common areas.

In the vicinity are a number of good beach bars and restaurants, quality resorts and 5 star hotels. The largest yacht harbor in Southeast Asia, the Ocean Marina, is only c. 200 m away. Good connection via motorway to Bangkok and U Tapao airport. Pattaya is about 10 kms away and can be reached by baht bus (Songthaew) or taxi.
