Baan Suan Neramit is a Housing Project on the east side of Sukhumvit. Located on Soi Chaiyapruck 2.

The Project is fully built, with all 1 story villas, compromising townhomes, and single story 3 and 4 bedroom villas.

Location is nice, with allmost opposite the project a large Tesco Lotus Express with all the articles the large Tesco lotus has. The project has wide roads, and is well maintained with a security booth in the front of the project.

A small garden area is in the front of the village, but this porject has no common pool.

Price range of villas in the project are on average:

Townhome between 2.5-3.5 Million Baht. (on average 50 S. Wah land)

Single story Villa on 90-120 Wah Land 4-7 Million Baht
