The quick answer is no, unfortunately. All Villas are already bought by small time contractors, as well as savvy real estate agents, who strip the villa to bare minimum, renovate and sell around 17 Mil ++ But there are still opportunities,,, but you have to buy yourself one of those older villas renovate it yourself and going to live in it.
At this moment we have an older house in T.W. Garden Hill on the market for 7 Mil Baht. Need a real change in design with pool and better walkarounds but you will not spend more than 2 mil on this. to have your own fabulous pool villa in Jomtien, close to the beach, less than 1 KM. and good location with direct access to sukhumvit.
There are also some villa in View Point Village under 10 million who could be renovated at a cost below 2 Mil Baht. (one oen we list the other is currently rented. but you can inquire us.)
