Baan Suan Lalana project is a Garden Retreat in Jomtien
Baan Suan Lalana, whose name loosely translates as “beautiful garden house” in Thai, is a condo & housing project situated along Soi Chaiyaphruek in Jomtien, Completed in 1991, the development spans approximately 21,900 square metres and comprises off low-rise, condo units and Villas, making the project suitable for a wide range of residents and investors.
True to its name, the complex is decorated with lush gardens and a variety of plants, giving it a quiet, resort-like atmosphere. Facilities include three swimming pools, two tennis courts, two sauna rooms, a fitness centre, a playground, on-site restaurants, and laundry service.
Although an older project, Baan Suan Lalana is known for being very well managed and, despite occupying a large plot of land, maintains a notably low density compared to newer developments in the area.
