We have some more properties but can not post them. Also often the houses are sold in distress, and the first who offers near asking gets it. Always cash buyers. Common amount on the market is less than 1 month, but often just days. after posting its sold.
Note: common, the largest part of the whole price settings is the land value, structure value is often way lower. So properties in inner city and beach side of Jomtien are easier to spot.
